Picture spending months meticulously shaping the ideal proposal, syncing strategies, and picturing a collaborative future, only for everything to unravel unexpectedly. This scenario goes beyond the usual hurdles of clinching contracts. It’s about a profound disregard for the agency’s time and expertise, highlighted by a situation where, after reaching an agreement the contract was requested, promptly sent, and just two working days shy of commencing, was changed to it’s very core. This breach isn’t just a professional setback; it’s a stark violation of the mutual respect and professional etiquette fundamental to business engagements.
This isn’t just a minor inconvenience. It’s a significant drain on resources, creativity, and morale. What’s worse, it betrays a fundamental lack of respect for the time, expertise, and professionalism agencies bring to the table.
